All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control. We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Includes all original tags, accessories, and documentation
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity concerns, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bluetooth® Receivers once opened (due to pairing capabilities)
  • Audio Connections that have been removed from original packaging
  • Closeout Specials and clearance items (as clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Any products with removed or damaged serial numbers

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Submit Return Request: Email our Customer Care Team at [email protected] with your return request using the template provided below
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with your Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship to Us: Send the package to our address using a trackable shipping service
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return within 3-5 business days

Important Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to process to your account
  • JCB Payments: 7-10 business days for international processing

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid with multiple methods, we’ll refund each accordingly.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Exchange Process

  • Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the desired replacement product
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item
  • Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with alternatives or process a refund.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective amplifier, subwoofer, or audio component:

  • We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items
